Booking Terms

These terms apply when you pay for a reservation at Porto Scoutari Romantic Hotel & Suites through our secure payment page.

Payment authorisation

By submitting your card details you authorise Porto Scoutari Romantic Hotel & Suites to charge the card for the amount shown for your reservation. The charge appears on your statement as Porto Scoutari.

Climate Resilience Tax

A Climate Resilience Tax of €5.00 per room, per night applies by Greek law. Depending on your booking, this may be included in the amount shown, or collected separately in cash on arrival — the payment page states which applies to you.

Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been received and the hotel has acknowledged it. We will contact you if any details need clarifying.

Cancellation & changes

Cancellation and change conditions follow the terms of the rate you booked. For any change to your reservation, please contact the hotel directly.
